Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Singapore only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays). Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For time-sensitive orders (e.g. gifts, corporate events), we recommend placing your order well in advance and contacting us at hello@rebelwithaheart.com to discuss your requirements.
4. Shipping Rates
We offer free delivery on all orders above SGD $120. For orders below SGD $120, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Shipping rates are subject to change. The rate applicable to your order will always be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery Method
We fulfil orders using our own delivery team or appointed courier partners. A tracking update or delivery notification will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, where available.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or the recipient being unavailable.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
